Shipping policy

- Payments via PayPal incur a charge of 3.5% + P 15.00 per transaction.
- Production of your order will only begin once payment has been settled and proof of payment has been sent and confirmed.
- Production takes 7 working days after receipt of payment.
- Delivery / shipping takes 1 to 2 working days for Metro Manila or 2 to 3 working days for Provincial.
- Shipping/Delivery fees depend on the quantity and size of the order package.
- Returns or refunds are only allowed 7 days after delivery.
- Valid reasons for returns or refunds are damaged/defective items or wrong item/s delivered.
